“Connection our deepest desire and greatest fear.”

You might find yourself arguing more frequently with your spouse or maybe you’re feeling disconnected, like roommates just passing in the hall. You might be struggling with a parenting issue and wondering if you’re getting it right. It could be issues with boundaries, or over giving in your relationships while feeling unsupported. Or you could be struggling with relationships with your grown children.

People come to counseling for many reasons regarding many different issues with their relationships. Often only one person in the relationship is interested in going to counseling. That is okay. One person growing, and changing how they show up in relationships can shift the whole dynamic. You may feel stuck but I want you to know that there is hope, and change can start with you.
